How long does the order process take?
We can begin today and, in some cases, have your license application filed within 24 hours. All regulatory agencies have different turnaround times, and some do not offer online services. We work to keep turnaround times short through our working relationships with regulatory offices.

Do I have to be present to sign the paperwork when filing for a license?

How do I know which license I need?
It depends on your business location and the nature of your business. Licenses can come from the state, county or city, and in some cases your business is regulated by more than one jurisdiction.
Is one license enough to conduct my business?

Who gets counted in the business license monitoring subscription service?
Each unique license within a regulatory agency is counted as an individual service subscription. This includes licenses added at the group, sub-group, and jurisdiction.
How can I get a list of my licenses?
Contact our team directly or send us a message. If we have serviced the entity with that regulatory agency, we can provide the existing licenses on your account at the time of the request. We can also research additional licenses for a license research fee.
I filed my licenses already but I am not sure if they are active. Can you help me find them?
Yes. Contact us and we will help you locate those business licenses and keep them in active status.
Can all my licenses be renewed on the same date?
Each license renews on the date set by the agency that issued it. Your LicenseComply subscription renewal date is separate from your license renewal dates.
What other services do you provide?
LicenseComply provides license research, verification and assessment, license and permit filing, document retrieval and renewal and monitoring services.
How can I cancel my business license monitoring subscription?
The account holder can cancel at any time by emailing service@licensecomply.com. Your subscription continues until the end of the current subscription period and ends after that. See our Terms of Service or contact us with any questions.
